Speak with confidence in the Cambridge speaking test
Since July 2022, AEIS-Primary has no separate English test. Your child must first reach the Cambridge English Scale (CES) score set by MOE in a Cambridge English Qualification (CEQ) for Schools test, taken within the 12 months before the month you apply. The result is submitted with the application for the AEIS-Primary Mathematics test. The speaking paper is part of the CEQ, and steady practice helps your child answer in full, clear sentences.
This book takes your child through every part of the Cambridge speaking test. Each topic has a model answer written to be said out loud, and a simple method your child can use in the exam room.

Practise speaking with the app
Each of the 17 topics has a QR code. Your child scans it, answers out loud, and gets AI practice feedback on the answer. The feedback is for practice only and is not an official Cambridge score.

Questions parents ask
Does reaching the CEQ score guarantee a school place?
No. Meeting the required CEQ score only makes your child eligible to apply for the AEIS-Primary Mathematics test. Admission is not guaranteed; it depends on test performance and school vacancies. This book prepares your child for the speaking paper of the Cambridge test.
Is the book in English or Chinese?
The model answers are in English, because the test is in English. The instructions and tips are in both English and Chinese, so parents can follow along.
Is the AI feedback an official Cambridge result?
No. It is practice feedback to help your child improve between lessons.
Can schools or centres order in bulk?
Yes. Contact us for bulk and school orders.
