Oral Grading by Hana Zhang

How it works:

1. Purchase the grading service by Hana Zhang
2. Record your child reading a passage and/or answering a Stimulus-Based Conversation just by using your phone
3. Send it to Learnintt via whatsapp, iMessage or email. (We will contact you via whatsapp when you purchase this service, so you know who to send the voice and video recordings to)
4. Hana will take a look and prepare the marks and feedback score sheet.
5. We will send the marks and feedback score sheet to you via whatsapp, iMessage or email.

What is inside:

After we have received the voice and video recording, Hana will give you the marks, strengths and weaknesses of the student. She will give you detailed tips on how to improve in Oral, including the areas to work on and the things to take note during Oral.

Note:

• Each purchased Oral session(Reading Passage/Stimulus-Based Conversation) is valid for 9 months
• Due to the volume of voice recordings and video recordings received, Hana may not be able to give you immediate feedback. Once we have received the recordings, it will take between 1-3 hours for the marks and feedback score sheet to be sent to you. Hana also has her own tutoring and writing schedule, so please be patient while waiting for your marks and feedback.
• All voice recordings and video recordings should be as clear as possible. Vague or blurred recordings will be hard for Hana to give detailed feedback.
• Please give your name and your child’s name when sending the voice recordings and video recordings to us over whatsapp, iMessage or email.
• If you are using an Oral book from Learnintt, just let us know the level(P3/P4/P5/P6) and page number. If you are using an Oral book that is not from Learnintt, please take a clear picture of the Reading Passage and Stimulus-Based Conversation and send it to us together with the recordings.

• The Oral Grading service is available everyday from 9am - 11pm. Any recordings received after 11pm will be considered next-day requests. We will send you the marks and feedback score sheet between 9am-12noon the next day.
