All orders will be delivered to your doorstep by courier.

When you make payment by 1pm, you will receive your package in 3 days (excludes weekends).

Return & Refund Policy

At Learnintt, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our educational products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy for both physical and digital products.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 14 days from the date of purchase for the following reasons:
✔ Duplicate purchase (customer mistakenly bought the same item twice).
✔ Incorrect item received (we sent the wrong product).
✔ Defective or damaged product (must include proof such as photos).

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
❌ Opened or used flashcards, books, and educational kits.
❌ Downloaded or accessed digital products (PDFs, online courses).

If you are unsure about your item’s return eligibility, please contact us before initiating a return.

2. How to Request a Return

To request a return, follow these steps:

1. Email us at Feedback@learnintt.com with the subject “Return Request - Order #[Order Number]”.
2. Provide the reason for the return and attach any necessary proof (e.g., photos of defects).
3. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with further instructions.

3. Return Shipping

• If the return is due to a duplicate purchase, the customer must cover the return shipping cost.
• If the product is defective or incorrect, Learnintt will cover the return shipping cost.

We recommend using trackable shipping as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
✔ If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
✔ You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is issued.

5. Exchange Policy

We allow exchanges only in cases where the wrong item was sent.
✔ Customers must return the incorrect item before we send the replacement.
✔ We will cover the shipping cost for the correct item.
